Be the person who still tries.
After failure, after frustration, after disappointment, after exhaustion, after heartache, be the person who musters up the courage to believe that a new attempt can manifest a new outcome.
Be the person who still tries.
Michell C. Clark
As a dedicated lifelong learner
I've spent the last two decades on a constant exploration of mental health; coaching; emotional intelligence; transformative change; relationship dynamics; inclusivity, cultural and identity intricacies; neurodiversity nuances; self-growth — and matters including the complex connections to effective leadership, clear communication, career evolutions, healthy strategies, robust ethics, strong resilience and agility …
Today, I find joy in coaching, mentoring and learning
From different thinkers, sensitive, curious and ambitious individuals, entrepreneurs, leaders, and teams eager to transform their knowledge into powerful wisdom, impactful change, and ultimately growth.
A distinctive intercultural perspective
Originally born and raised in France from a mixed heritage, I spent my formative years in the Middle East before settling in the UK. With roots in rich cultures, I learned early on the importance of observing and listening, shaping deeply my sensitivity and understanding of cultural nuances and dynamics.
Growth as a happy place
I find freedom and solace in a growth mindset.
Through introspection and perseverance, I am driven by resilience, kindness and a healthy dose of grit. My unique background is foundational to my values, anchoring my transformative, inclusive and honest approach.
Sensitive, curious, creative and enthusiastic, exploring unchartered territories and taking risks has become second nature — which infuses my work in supporting my clients to lean in and embrace change.
Committed to personal and professional growth, I invest in my practice through regular supervision, mentoring, advanced training programs, and peer collaboration sessions.
